Little Boots- Hands
6/10
Victoria Hesketh has gained much press in the blog-o-sphere since early 2009. Preforming under the moniker Little Boots, Hesketh has created dance and electro-pop songs that were hypnotic and had a retro vibe. However, she faded away into the crowded sidelines of the club (where she belongs) when Lady Gaga came on to the dance, electro and pop scene. Little Boots lacks much of what Lady Gaga has, love or hate her. Gaga has charisma, a point of view and personality. Hands comes off as a generic album, with hardly any stand out songs besides "Remedy." Everything else is a snooze-fest and will keep you off the dance floor this summer.
