Make Your Own Kind Of Music

After watching the TED Conference about the Shitftables (especially the amazing ending of the video that demonstrated the way Shiftables could be used with music), I remembered this website that I found a month or so ago.

It is called "ToneMatrix" and according to the site;

"Simple sinewave synthesizer triggered by an ordinary 16step sequencer. Each triggered step causes a force on the underlaying wave-map, which makes it more cute."

"Cute" is pretty much the only word I can think of to describe the site and program. Well, not really, it is also innovative and addicting and can make any musical-dummy into a catchy-beat-makin' creator. Basically, all you do is click the squares on the grid to your liking and let ToneMatrix do the rest. All you need to do is listen to the music you've just created.
